Too Religious?

At last night's Elders meeting, we discussed being as effective for the gospel of Jesus Christ as possible. We examined many different areas of church ministry, the most obvious one being preaching and worship. Are we too religious in our worship services? Are we just going through the motions without really connecting with God? Are we worshipping him in Spirit and Truth? Is it more a matter of our hearts than what we actually do in the service? If so, what can we do to facilitate a most effective worship service?
